I think this nonsense is good its called gossip and the sad thing they are so negative .
But we should be proud this year we are all from the same village and what I see 19 Players we shoul be proud and Let the Coach do his Job and its up to the Players to Preform and Learn by Mistakes and it takes a lot of Practice and if someone wants to be in the First Team Has to Work for His Place
This Year you Guys Acheived a Trophy and there is a lot of Games to be Played and Rember Playing on Turf takes time to get use to it the way the ball bounces
So I think Jesmond will do Ok he has a lot to Learn but he is the one for this job and its not easy but be though I have been there
